Our Mariachi heroes realize that if education is the basis of democracy, then a democratic cultural future is going to require a well-informed citizenry. So its back to school for the Fitehouse boys and admission is open to all!

Lesson number one in the cultural classroom: nearly all music and art has its roots in the inspiration, borrowing and transforming of other artists' ideas. So the boys are brushing up on their knowledge of copyright and learning how to come to the defense of fair-use in an age of expanding intellectual property law.

Lesson two: if one of your classmates poops on the floor, perhaps it is time to either Open the door or to take the class out into the Open air.
