Likes: writing treatises, Icelandic language and culture, hanging out at the local Russian bar, attending city council meetings, using antiquated technologies, NPR, PBS, disco dancing and latin american folk music

Likes: good literature with beer, canoeing with beer, bourbon without beer, clogging, pop/rock music with beer.

Likes: rural living far away from neighbors, good jazz, big band music, the symphony, snooty beer, the great outdoors, really good nachos, guns and things that explode.
